They pick me up when I feel down. They help me figure out better ways to share my feelings. But most important they give me faith in my future no matter what it holds.

When the affair happened I had no one to talk to. I typed in adultery, betrayal and was lead to iVillage and the Betrayed Spouse Support Group. I just read for a while and then found the courage to post. The support, advice and general good wishes I received and continue to receive help me so much. I told my counselor about this board and the help I was getting and she actually encouraged me to use it more.

I find that some days I don't know exactly what I want to say and I usually find exactly what I am looking for in someone else's post...and the responses they receive help me. The different people, their individual situations, those rebuilding and those who aren't have all helped me deal with what is an extremely difficult situation for me. I am thankful I found this board and all those who post on it.
